Day 2
Well, last night was a bugger! I was HUNGRY! But I drank a few cups of jasmine tea with honey and lemon and chewed a piece of sugarless gum and rotated my balls, by the last rotation before I went to sleep at 1 am I was fine :) I woke up early too, 5 am, that is unheard of on a Sunday! I stayed in bed and went back to sleep until a much more reasonable hour of about 10 am. I was excited to have my coffee with fat free coffee mate and I enjoyed it :) My mom was in the kitchen making soup and mashed potatoes for the boys but it didn't bother me at all, I still wasn't "hungry". I had some strange dreams about eating things then feeling guilty in my dream lol I have been mentally preparing myself for this for a while now (a couple of months) Drinking a lot of water is going to be difficult but I am going to try really hard. Mom made coleslaw for us out of cabbage / carrots / apples / honey, the first one I didn't care for, it had onions in it and I am not a huge fan of onions. The second batch was with no onions and ginger instead, that was yummy! :) This is very do-able ! I am really excited about looking better and feeling better.
